Everybody wants a transformation - radical improvement on rapid success. But most people can't make it happen. We fail to realize that small habits and little choices are transforming us every day already. Atomic habits - the small improvements, tiny habits, little choices, are not just a cherry on top of our performance, not just like a nice thing to have, but actually can be the key that unlocks significant success. Many people think they lack Motivation but what they lack is Clarity. Give your goals a time and place to live in the world. Instead of waiting for a feeling of being motivated to do something on a given day we should instead take the 'decision making' out of this process by explicitly stating 'when, where, and how' we want to implement the habit. Self-doubt holds us back from taking action and bringing the desired change

Fears about failure, rejection, not being good enough etc, are the root causes of self-doubt, which is a story we tell ourselves that "we can't do something", "it's  not possible", "we'll get rejected and fail" etc.  This is the main reason why we don't get what we want.
